Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MAX SWAG website and purchases made through it. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, the captured amount will be returned using the original payment method.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, address errors, or events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and reviewing shipping details before ordering. Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law.
Returns, refunds, and product issues
